VIGILANCE & RTI SECTION

(I) VIGILANCE

Shri S.R. Sharma, Under Secretary - Initiating examination/processing of complaints, and other matters and submitting the files to the Director & JS&CVO.  Corresponding with the CVOs w.r.t. calling reports on the complaints, convening of meeting of the CVOs. Submitting the files with self-contained notes which are further processed at the level of Director, JS&CVO, Secretary and decisions taken.

Smt. Sarjeevan Sharma, Steno   -  Taking down dictations; typing the same; attending to the work relating to the seat of LDC in the absence of regular LDC; and also attending to other office work whichever assigned by the officer.

Shri Narender Kumar, S.O. - Attending to the work relating to dispatch, movement of files, preparation of periodical reports, returns, record management, i.e., weeding, recording and sending the files to Record Room. Diarizing the complaints and other papers being received in the Desk and putting up the same on the respective files to the officer.

Shri Zile Singh, Daftry  - Placing the files in the racks; taking out the files when asked; sealing the letters going out of the Desk, attending to any other work which is assigned by the officer. Taking the letters to the dispatch section for dispatch and attending to other miscellaneous matters.
